We use this information to respond to inquiries, review candidate fit for open roles, communicate with candidates, support hiring teams, maintain hiring records, improve our recruiting work, and prevent spam or misuse of our forms.
When We Share Information
We may share candidate information with the hiring organization connected to the role you expressed interest in. For Spark Academy recruiting, that means Workshop Hiring may route qualified candidate interest to Spark Academy or the Lawrence Public Schools hiring team.
We also use service providers for hosting, form processing, analytics, email, and related business operations. We do not sell personal information.
Your Choices
You can ask us to update, delete, or stop using your information by emailing mike@workshophiring.com. We may keep limited records when needed for legal, security, or hiring-process reasons.

We may update this notice as our hiring work changes. The effective date below shows when this version was published.
